This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Synth Surfer Studios Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the video game SuperTripLand and any related websites, embedded iframes on partner platforms, or other online services we operate (collectively, the "Services").

4. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children below the minimum age of digital-consent required in their locale. Because we collect no personal data, we hold nothing that could identify a child. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us; we will confirm that we hold none.

5. Your Rights

Because we retain no personal data, requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection under laws such as GDPR, CCPA, or NY Shield are fully satisfied by design. You may still contact us with questions (see Section 8).

All traffic between your device and our servers is protected by industry-standard TLS encryption. Any optional credentials you create (e.g., a game-only username/password) are stored only as irreversible cryptographic hashes and never in plaintext.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material revisions will be posted within the Services. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent substantive change. Continuing to use the Services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
